Travel Terms & Conditions

This Traveler(s) Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between you (“Traveler(s)”) and iGoLocally, LLC dba Pride And Passport (“Agency”), a luxury travel brand committed to affirming, inclusive experiences for LGBTQIA+ communities. By booking or participating in any travel experience, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Affirming Travel Philosophy

Pride And Passport curates joyful, luxurious, and inclusive travel experiences. We prioritize safety, respect, and community-building across all itineraries. Discrimination, harassment, or behavior that undermines this ethos may result in removal from the experience without refund.

Booking, Payment & Credit Card Authorization

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. Full payment is due by the deadline specified in your booking confirmation. Payment plans may be available upon request and approval. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted. By providing your credit card information, you authorize the Agency to charge your card for all agreed-upon travel services, including deposits, installment payments, final balances, and any additional upgrades or add-ons you approve in writing or electronically. You agree to maintain a valid credit card on file and notify us promptly of any changes. Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may result in cancellation of services and forfeiture of funds.

Cruise & Group Travel Policies

 Pride And Passport curates cruise and group travel experiences that celebrate LGBTQIA+ joy, diversity, and connection. To ensure a safe, affirming, and luxurious experience for all Traveler(s) s, the following policies apply:

Group Dynamics & Community Standards

Traveler(s) s agree to engage respectfully with fellow guests, crew, and hosts, honoring diverse identities and lived experiences. Pride And Passport reserves the right to curate group compositions to foster inclusive, affirming dynamics. This may include themed sailings, affinity groups, or hosted activities. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the experience without refund. Pride And Passport reserves the right to remove any Traveler(s) from an experience, without refund, if their behavior poses a safety risk, violates local laws, or disrupts the affirming nature of the group.

Cabin Assignments & Rooming

Traveler(s) s may request specific cabin types or roommates; all requests are subject to availability and operational feasibility. Solo Traveler(s) s may be matched with roommates upon request, but compatibility is not guaranteed.

Pride And Passport is not responsible for interpersonal conflicts between roommates but will offer support and mediation when possible.

Dining, Entertainment & Hosted Events

Group dining arrangements may be coordinated to encourage connection and celebration. Pride And Passport may host exclusive events, excursions, or onboard experiences. Participation is optional but encouraged. Traveler(s) s agree to follow posted schedules and RSVP protocols to ensure smooth operations.

Itinerary Adjustments & Supplier Coordination

Cruise itineraries are subject to change due to weather, port conditions, supplier availability, or safety concerns. Pride And Passport will communicate changes promptly and offer comparable alternatives when possible. Third-party suppliers (e.g., cruise lines, excursion operators) may have their own terms and conditions. Traveler(s) s agrees to abide by those policies when participating in supplier-led activities.

Accessibility & Special Requests

Traveler(s) s with accessibility needs or dietary restrictions are encouraged to notify Pride And Passport at the time of booking. While we strive to accommodate all requests, fulfillment may depend on supplier capabilities and advance notice. Emotional support for animals and service animals may be permitted in accordance with cruise line policies and applicable laws.

Safety, Security & Emergency Protocols

Traveler(s) s agrees to follow all safety briefings, emergency instructions, and onboard regulations. Pride And Passport may designate safety liaisons or group leaders to assist in emergencies. Traveler(s) are responsible for complying with all local, national, and international laws during their travel. Pride And Passport is not liable for legal issues arising from Traveler(s) conduct.

Cancellations & Refunds

Pride And Passport understands that plans can change. We aim to handle cancellations with empathy and transparency while honoring our commitments to suppliers and hosts. The following policies apply to all bookings:

Cancellation Requests

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to travel@prideandpassport.com. The effective date of cancellation is the date your written notice is received.

Cancellations made verbally or via social media will not be considered valid.

Refund Eligibility

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Refunds for payments beyond the deposit are subject to the cancellation schedule outlined in your booking confirmation. Refund amounts may vary based on supplier policies, cruise line terms, and proximity to departure date. Pride And Passport retains the right to deduct unrecoverable costs (e.g., supplier penalties, administrative fees) from any refund issued.

Cancellation Timeline & Fee Structure

Refunds and penalty fees are subject to supplier terms

Refund percentages apply to payments made beyond the initial deposit.

Travel Insurance

Pride And Passport strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and baggage loss. Insurance may be required for select itineraries or international sailings. We are happy to refer you to LGBTQIA+-affirming insurance providers upon request.

Credit Card Disputes & Chargebacks

By booking Pride And Passport, you agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting us to resolve the issue. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in cancellation of services and forfeiture of funds. Disputes will be handled in accordance with the Dispute Resolution clause of this Agreement.

Transfers & Rebooking

In some cases, Pride And Passport may allow you to transfer your booking to another Traveler(s) or rebook for a future experience. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval and supplier policies. A transfer fee may apply.

Force Majeure & Unforeseen Events

In the event of natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or other force majeure events, Pride And Passport will work with suppliers to offer alternative arrangements or partial refunds where possible. Refunds are not guaranteed in force majeure scenarios but will be pursued in good faith.

Health & Safety

Pride And Passport is committed to curating travel experiences that prioritize joy, inclusivity, and well-being. We take health and safety seriously and will communicate any known concerns that may impact your travel. However, Traveler(s) s are ultimately responsible for verifying that their personal health and safety needs will be met throughout the duration of their trip.

Health Disclosures & Requirements

Traveler(s) s are responsible for meeting all health-related requirements for travel, including vaccinations, testing, documentation, and any destination-specific protocols. Pride And Passport may request health disclosures or waivers for certain experiences, especially those involving physical activity, international travel, or group dynamics. If you have specific medical needs, allergies, or accessibility requirements, please notify us at the time of booking so we can coordinate with suppliers where possible.

Known Health & Safety Concerns Pride And Passport will communicate any known health advisories, safety alerts, or supplier-specific concerns that may

affect your travel experience. These communications are provided as a courtesy and do not replace your responsibility to research and prepare for your own health and safety. We recommend consulting with your healthcare provider and reviewing official government travel advisories before departure.

No Guarantee or Warranty

Pride And Passport does not guarantee or warrant the health, safety, cleanliness, or risk-free nature of any vacation product or service, including but not limited to: Cruises, Airline travel, Car rentals, Hotel accommodations, Excursions or activities, Transfers or ground transportation. All travel involves inherent risks, and conditions may vary by destination, supplier, and season. Traveler(s) s assumes full responsibility for their participation and agree to hold Pride And Passport harmless for any health or safety issues that arise, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Emergency Protocols

Emergency procedures will be communicated prior to departure and may include contact information for local authorities, medical providers, and Pride And Passport staff. In the event of illness, injury, or crisis, Traveler(s) s authorizes Pride And Passport to coordinate with emergency services and suppliers as needed. We recommend carrying a list of emergency contacts, medications, and insurance details during your trip.

Liability, Assumption of Risk & Release of Claims

Travel is a powerful, joyful, and transformative experience but it also involves inherent risks. By booking Pride And Passport, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to the following terms:

Assumption of Risk

You understand that participation in any travel experience, including cruises, air travel, ground transportation, excursions, and group activities, carries inherent risks, including but not limited to:

   -Illness, injury, or death

   -Accidents or equipment failure

   -Natural disasters or extreme weather

   -Political unrest or civil disturbances

   -Delays, cancellations, or changes in itinerary

   -Theft, loss, or damage to personal property

The Traveler(s) voluntarily assume all such risks, whether foreseen or unforeseen, and the Traveler(s) accept full responsibility for your participation.

Third-Party Suppliers

Pride And Passport acts as a travel curator and booking intermediary. We do not own or operate the cruise lines, airlines, hotels, transportation providers, tour operators, or other third-party suppliers involved in your travel experience. All travel services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective suppliers. Pride And Passport is not liable for any acts, omissions, negligence, or failures of third-party suppliers, including but not limited to:

   -Service disruptions

   -Safety incidents

   -Accessibility limitations

   -Changes in amenities or  

    Accommodation

No Warranties or Guarantees

Pride And Passport makes no express or implied warranties regarding the safety, quality, or suitability of any travel product or service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to destinations, amenities, or experiences, nor do we warrant that any travel product is free from risk. All travel is undertaken at your own discretion and responsibility.

Pride And Passport complies with U.S. export control laws and sanctions. We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals or entities listed on government watchlists or subject to travel restrictions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pride And Passport shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damage arising from or related to your travel experience. In no event shall Pride And Passport’s total liability exceed the amount you paid for the travel services booked through us.

This limitation applies regardless of the cause of action, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pride And Passport, its owners, employees, affiliates, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

   -Your breach of this Agreement

   -Your conduct during the travel   

     experience

   -Your violation of any laws,

     regulations, or supplier policies

   -Any fraudulent activity, including

     misrepresentation of identity,

     unauthorized use of payment  

     methods, or falsification of travel

     documents

Emergency Situations

In the event of an emergency, you authorize Pride And Passport to take reasonable actions on your behalf, including contacting emergency services, notifying your emergency contacts, or coordinating with local authorities. You are responsible for all costs incurred as a result of emergency services, medical treatment, or evacuation.

Media, Representation & Storytelling

Pride And Passport believes in the power of joyful, authentic representation. We celebrate LGBTQIA+ Traveler(s) s and aim to reflect the diversity of our community through photography, video, and storytelling. By participating in a Pride And Passport experience, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Consent to Photography & Videography

During your travel experience, Pride And Passport and its partners may capture photos, videos, and audio recordings for promotional, editorial, or archival purposes. These materials may be used in digital and print media, including but not limited to:

   -Social media posts and campaigns

   -Website galleries and promotional

     Videos

   -Email newsletters and travel guides

   -Press releases, interviews, and media

    Features

   -Merchandise or branded content

Opt-Out & Privacy Requests

We respect your right to privacy. If you do not wish to appear in any media, you may opt out by:

   -Notifying us in writing prior to your trip

   -Informing our hosts or photographers during the experience

    

   -Wearing a provided “no media” indicator (e.g.,

     wristband or badge) if available

   -While we will make every reasonable effort to

     honor opt-out requests, we cannot guarantee

     exclusion from group shots or background imagery

     in public spaces.

Representation with Intention

Pride And Passport is committed to showcasing a wide spectrum of LGBTQIA+ identities, bodies, abilities, and expressions. We strive to avoid tokenism and instead uplift real stories, real joy, and real Traveler(s) s. If you would like to be featured in a spotlight, testimonial, or campaign, we’d love to hear about your story matters.

Ownership & Usage Rights

All media captured by or on behalf of Pride And Passport is the property of Pride And Passport LLC. By participating, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit, and distribute your likeness for promotional and editorial purposes. You waive any right to inspect or approve the final use of such materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Guest-Generated Content We love when Traveler(s) shares their experiences! If you tag @prideandpassport or use our branded hashtags (e.g., #PrideAndPassport, #QueerCruisers), you grant us permission to repost or share your content with credit. If you prefer not to

have your content reshared, just let us know—we’ll always respect your wishes.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Pride And Passport is committed to resolving concerns with transparency, empathy, and professionalism. We believe in open communication and fair outcomes. By entering into this Agreement, you agree to the following dispute resolution process:

Good Faith Resolution

If you have a concern or dispute regarding your travel experience, we encourage you to contact us directly at Travel@prideandpassport.com. Both parties agree to make a good faith effort to resolve any disagreement informally before pursuing formal action. We are committed to listening, learning, and working toward a fair and respectful resolution.

Mediation & Arbitration

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit the matter to mediation before a neutral third-party mediator located in Maricopa County, Arizona. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Arbitration shall take place in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Each party shall bear its own legal fees and costs, unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

Waiver of Class Actions

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit against Pride And Passport LLC.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Time Limit for Claims

Any claim or cause of action you may have against Pride And Passport arising out of or related to your travel experience must be filed within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises, or it will be permanently barred.

Severability

If any provision of this section is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

 

Acknowledgment & Agreement to Terms

By booking a travel experience with Pride And Passport, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Traveler(s) Agreement along with any terms and services provided by service providers. This acknowledgment represents a mutual commitment to transparency, respect, and shared responsibility.

Informed Consent

You confirm that you have reviewed all sections of this Agreement, including but not limited to:

   -Affirming Travel Philosophy

   -Booking, Payment & Credit Card

    Authorization

   -Cruise & Group Travel Policies

   -Cancellations, Refunds & Travel

     Protection

   -Health, Safety & Personal

    Responsibility

   -Liability & Assumption of Risk

   -Media, Representation & Storytelling

   -Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

You understand that this Agreement is legally binding and applies to all travel services booked through Pride And Passport LLC.

Voluntary Participation

You acknowledge that your participation in any Pride And Passport travel experience is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion. You understand that travel involves inherent risks and that you are responsible for your own well-being, conduct, and compliance with applicable laws and supplier policies.

Affirmation of Values

You affirm your commitment to Pride And Passport’s core values of inclusivity, joy, safety, and community. You agree to engage respectfully with fellow Traveler(s) s, hosts, and service providers, and to uphold the affirming spirit of the experience.

Digital Acceptance

Your electronic acceptance of this Agreement—whether through a booking form, payment portal, checkbox, or email confirmation constitutes your full and binding consent. If you are booking on behalf of others, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these terms on their behalf and that all Traveler(s) s in your party are aware of and agree to the terms herein.

Updates & Amendments

Pride And Passport reserves the right to update this Agreement as needed to reflect changes in law, supplier policies, or operational practices. The version of the effect at the time of your booking will govern your travel experience, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Traveler(s) Agreement

By signing or electronically accepting this Agreement, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to its terms. You also affirm your commitment to Pride And Passport’s values of inclusivity, joy, and community.
